Pre-Sales Engineering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead the creation and management of technical offerings for customer response documents and projects such as RFI, RFP, and RFQ. - Manage all technical engagements with customers and partners, including technical requests, meetings, trials/POC, demos, and road shows. - Define and guide technical strategies and solutions tailored to each project/account. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales positions at a Telecommunications vendor. - A relevant academic degree is required; a degree in Communications Engineering is a significant advantage. - Experience engaging with telecom companies, utilities, and government customers. - Familiarity with international companies and remote headquarters. - Strong knowledge of system integration is required. - Excellent planning and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer needs. - Strong presentation skills. - Deep knowledge in areas such as Carrier Ethernet, MPLS/IP, NFV, Switching, Routing, and Ethernet OAM. - Familiarity with cellular networks, carriers, and critical infrastructure in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. - Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency. - Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
